Where does YAYA ship?

We currently ship to street addresses all over the world in the expection of some territories in war/armed conflicts or countries not conceded by the United Nations.

How long will it take for my order to arrive?

It takes 3-5 working days by Express shipping after you place an order and we complete shipment. For Standard shipping, most orders will arrive 4-8 working days after shipment is completed.

We are not liable to any shipping delays, nor loss of any kind caused by unforeseen and uncontrollable circumstances, such as unreachable recipients, invalid addresses, weather conditions that affect delivery, customs clearance delays and so on. In these situations, YAYA will try its best to notify customers of the delay, and if possible, make new delivery/collection arrangements with an estimated delivery date.

How are shipping costs calculated?

We ship all products directly from our China warehouses and shipping costs are calculated based on the weight of your order. Standard shipping is free of charge and express shipping fee starts from US$14.

Do I need to pay for import tax and/or duty?

Import taxes or other customs charges, if incurred, will be collected by the courier upon delivery.

Is it necessary for me to provide identification when I receive the package?

No, it is not necessary. Our partners will deliver the package according to the shipping address. Please make sure your address information is correct.

What should I do if I have found shipping damage or wrong items?

All YAYA packages are in perfect conditions and are sealed at the warehouse before they are shipped to you. Please check the packaging box and see if there are any signs of damage, or if the package has been opened during transit. If the box is damaged or items missing when you open the package, please contact our YAYA Customer Service and we will help you troubleshoot the issue.

Do you deliver to po boxes?

No, we can only deliver to a street address. The recipient must sign the package at the delivery address.

What happens if I gave the wrong delivery address?

Once the order has been shipped, we cannot change the delivery address. In the event of an order being delivered to an incorrect address, or cannot be delivered at all, we will inform you by email. The couriers will hold the package for 5 days, and you may contact YAYA or our delivery partners to arrange for another delivery. If we do not hear from you within 5 days, the package will be returned to YAYA and you’ll be responsible for the return shipping fees, which will be deducted from your refund of the product’s retail price. Meanwhile, the original shipping fees from China to your country and taxes paid are not refundable.

What if the package was delivered to the wrong person?

Please contact our delivery partners or YAYA Customer Support to get assistance.

Who is YAYA’s delivery partner?

FedEx, DHL, UPS, TNT, China Post, Hong Kong Post and Singapore Post are our delivery partners. Delivery partners for orders may vary subjected to delivery addresses.

We are a manufacuturer mostly producing bulk order products and offering relevant service. We also provide OEM/ODM product and service for designated requirements. Onsite and online retail order is also in our business range.

Would YAYA be able to do OEM/ODM?

Definitely. YAYA has a strong and experienced R&D team and design team to help customers to achieve their particular goals for bulk orders. We provide one-stop services from concept to mockup to final finished products.

What’s the minimum order quantity?

It relies on the product category, normally 100pcs for Speaker Powerbank Combo/Speaker WIFI Camera Combo/WIFI Camera Lamp Combo/VR Glasses, 500pcs for emergency/travel chargers and 1000pcs for mobilephone chargers/adapters and cables. For OEM/ODM orders, MOQ would be based on specific requirements and cost.

What are the payment terms?

We accept payment through T.T/WU/Paypal/Payoneer. Bulk order terms in detail: full payment for samples and 40% deposit for formal order, balance paid against shipment.

Can YAYA fulfill my special requirements/customized samples with logo?

Sure. We would need your logo in AI/PDF format and show its explicit location and size on the product and Pantone color number is also necessary.

Does YAYA provide samples to check quality and functioning?

Yes, samples are free for 1-2pcs and may charge more than 2pcs, maximum sample quantity is at 10pcs.

I made an OEM/wholesales order. What is the after-sale service?

We regularly provide 0.3%-1% free spare parts against shipment and usually guarantee 1 year limited warranty for most of our products and 6 months for accessories, therefore after-sale service is entitled during the warranty valid period for any quality or function problems related. You can get back to us for the repairment and replacement.
